Return & Refund Policy

Enjoy any NEW and NON-DISCOUNTED Wisewell massage chair for a 7-Day trial period. Use the checkout payment process via our website or by phone. When your chair arrives you will have 7 days to experience the chair. If at any time during this trial you wish to return the product, a full refund will be issued minus shipping and handling ($450), and a restocking fee of ($450).

To return your product, call us at 440-870-2015 or email us at contact@wisewellusa.com. Wisewell will retain $450 for shipping, handling, and restocking. In the event that you wish to return your purchase, contact us by phone or email before shipping a return to us. A Return Authorization will then be issued along with packing and pick-up instructions. Returns without a valid Return Authorization will be refused and returned at your cost. Once the chair is received and inspected, a customer refund will be issued.

Important note – Please hold onto all original packaging.

  • Do not allow delivery personnel to remove packaging materials or boxes.
  • Wisewell charges $150 for an empty box and $300 in freight charges.
  • Return all manuals, accessories, power cords, and tools. If missing, Wisewell reserves the right to charge individual retail price for each item.

Wisewell Product Return Guidelines

Return your Wisewell product at any time during your 7-day trial. Please see our exceptions and exclusions:

  • Return the product in “Like New” condition. A fee will be charged for any damages, cleaning, and mishandling.
  • Returned Wisewell products must be in their original packaging and contain, but not limited to, all manuals, buffering pads, accessories, power cords, tools, etc. A replacement fee will apply for all missing items.
  • Any decorative changes, faulty fabrics, woods, foams, pads, plastics, upholstery, exterior coverings, and damage not reported at the time of delivery will void this trial.
  • Damage or defects caused by pets void this trial. Dropped chairs, components, and remote controls will void this trial or lead to substantial repair and replacement fees due upon return.
  • Business or commercial use of any product will void this trial. Including – products shipped to/used in a business, shipped from a business or commercial office address.
  • The 7-day trial is only available for products directly purchased from Wisewell.
  • Discounted and clearance/sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Floor models and factory-certified products are not eligible for return or exchange
